Supported Services for Veterans & Families (SSVF) Grant Coverage Wisconsin – FFY 2017

Below is an updated WI map showing the non-profit agencies and the counties they cover.  In comparing the map from FFY 16, there were no changes regarding the non-profit agencies or the counties they provide support in.

Please note that in some situations, a non-profit may be able to provide support to an adjacent county where there is no SSVF support.  When in question contact the non-profit agency (contact information is below).

SSVF Funding awards:

Indianhead: $221,051 (10 counties)
Veterans Assistance Foundation: $625,331 (38 counties)
Center for Veterans Issues: $2,020,000 (30 counties)
Community Action Coalition: $325,725 (3 counties)
Transitional Living Services: $344,000 (1 WI county and various ILL counties)
